No event or on map simulation for the completion of this campaign by the Allies against the Vichy French is Syria/Lebanon.

It involved Australian, Indian, Free French and British Forces.

- Damascus entered on 21 June 1941.
- Fall of Damour on 9th July opening the way to Beirut.
- Ceasefire on 12 July with surrender 2 days later.

How should this impact the Eastern Front?

It impacts the North African Campaign, which impacts the advance of the Western Allies.

I am sure this would have been of little interest to the OKH and STAVKA:

I think they would have been more interested in the fall of Vichy Syrian-Lebanese territory which for one thing was being used as a air base for Luftwaffe and Regina Aeronautica aircraft.
