Wheee... I am playing my brother in PBEM these days, and his Tigers were really giving me trouble (jan 43). But look at these results, they all happened in short succession in the same hex! 76.2mm FG firing at Tiger E at a range of 8 hexes, ~using 76.2mm ZiS3 Gun~Hit Chance 82 percent
~Tiger E is hit, SIDE HULL hit by 76.2mm ZiS3 Gun, using APCR ammo, ~Pen 109, Armor 99, Tiger E DESTROYED 76.2mm FG firing at Tiger E at a range of 9 hexes, ~using 76.2mm ZiS3 Gun~Hit Chance 75 percent
~Tiger E is hit, SIDE HULL hit by 76.2mm ZiS3 Gun, using APCR ammo, ~Pen 97, Armor 95, Tiger E DESTROYED 76.2mm FG firing at Tiger E at a range of 8 hexes, ~using 76.2mm ZiS3 Gun~Hit Chance 78 percent
~Tiger E is hit, SIDE HULL hit by 76.2mm ZiS3 Gun, using APCR ammo, ~Pen 101, Armor 99, Tiger E DESTROYED These guns had no more than 4-5 APCR shells between them.
I don't know why he kept sending them in, probably because he thought such a freak occurrence couldn't repeat itself.
I finally lived up to my name, hee-hee-hee....

Sounds like fun! The penetration values are pretty cool, in most cases the projectile barely made it in. Maybe the crew all butted heads when they simultaneously bent down to pick up the spent warhead.

Raaather... who says 2 millimeters can't make a difference?
Anyho, I discovered that all these 3 shots were fired in succession by the same gun. The second one made a ricochet against the front turret of one of those. Hmmm... 3 tigers in 3 shots? Sounds like a medal...
