I have this scenario:

This is a Tourney scenario test of the battle for Nijmegen. Both sides are set up in order for each player to deploy forces before combat begins. This will aid both players so that each will not know where the other is but rather have a general idea. Some mortars have a movement of 7 so that these can deploy and not be subject to counterbattery fire before there time. Infantry units are rearmed to reflect realistic oobs and playbalance.*

When I start it up it does not give me the deploy screen. It acts like the beginning of a traditional scenario.
Does anyone know how I can get there so my opponent and I can re-deploy before starting?
