163/sec on a T3?!?! I'm shocked!!!

Why is the DL file so small....they were threatening something in the 700 range.

And that's downright DISGUSTING! Hope all the teenagers are taking a night off from EverQuest in my neighborhood. Damned cable modem bogs down to ISDN 128K levels at night sometimes.....

I'm completely disgusted. I have a T3 at school here and the transfer rate is down to 142...it only started at 161.
