I've noticed that a damaged cruiser in SF (the only damaged ship there) will not repair unless it is in a TF at the base. If in-port, damage is not reduced. I've seen this for about five days straight.

Hi Toro
that may just be bad die rolls, repair is a die roll chance of something happening

I had 2 BB's in Seattle, 50 and 30 damage, went a month and damage was 50, 25, next 15 days it was 40, 24

(then the patch came out)

I in scen 14, and I have had ships repair in SF
