Status: offline 		In the tutorial, on page 31, you are supposed to give a 2nd TF (#14) to follow the previous TF (#13). I cannot get that to work at all. Everytime I hit the order button for Follow, the screen reverts to a "clear picture". That is, no menu bar at the top, no icons at the bottom.

How can you issue a FOLLOW ORDER?

It is reverting to the map, but there is no TF's showing on the map to click on to follow? The map just shows the islands. Remember this is the tutorial p31 - a "turn" has not been completed yet.

Status: offline 		If you made a TF before this step, there should be the little (ship) TF symbol on the map. Click on it once you give a follow order and the screen should confirm.

If you don't have the ship symbol - go back to the step before

Have you actually tried it in the tutorial? I don't understand. If I go to the "step before" that is to set the DH of TF#13. Then on TF#14 you are supposed to give the follow order, but when you click on that order -- JUST A MAP SCREEN. No icons at all to click on.

Status: offline 		Perhaps you have hit F2 to toggle not to display human controlled task forces? This would cause TF 13 not to display... humour me and toggle f2 until it says it is displaying all TFs both human and computer.

Status: offline 		You might have to do CTRL-J to get rid of the little map at the bottom right of the main map display. Then you should see some TF symbols at Eniwetok.

Status: offline 		No menu at the top, no icons at the bottom, but are the tF icons in the hex? That is where you need to click to designate a TF to follow.

Status: offline 		Thanks to Belphegor the problem is solved. The "tutorial" on p.31 ought to add a statement, when you are told to add that "follow" TF something like: "If a black box of information shows up, just click your mouse. You will then be given a list of TF's that you can then click on the one you want to follow!"

A similar statement in the manual (p.90) would be in order.

Since the "manuals" are all electronic, let's hope if they send out a patch, they patch the manuals also.
