Hi all:
First off, I hope all our friends in Florida are safe and sound. The video coming out is horrific. My question regards the defense of Rangoon. I have numerous brigades stationed there (after being rather unceremoniously ejected from Tavoy). The brigades report to Southeast Asia Command. Would it prove beneficial to attach the brigades to an intermediate command, such as III corps? My thinking is that they would receive multiple bonus' in that case. Is this correct?

At the best of my knowledge, units (and bases) can be attached to Command HQs only, not to "intermediate" HQs. Anyway, if III Corps HQs has Rangoon in his own range will benefit units fighting there.
