If I was to order the CD today (8/14/04) would it include any of the patches (probably not).
If I was to continue to hold off would a CD with the biiiiiiiiiiiiiigg patch (v1.20) be forthcoming at some point and if so when?

You will get 1.21 if you ordered today.

They don't add the patches to the CD, they are simply packing up the *current* version when you place your order as I understood it.
