Hey all, some how I lost the help at the bottom of the screen and now it showes 6 dice, how do I get back roll over help?

Can someone explain Alert points, please?

go to the options page, and then there is a toggle for alert points/ dice stats or help Other?..
Alert points are given in replacement and reinforcments for town/cites captured/ if you right click on a city, you can highlight the german or us flag and it will give points and alert values.
