Anyone heard of new Civil War games in developement? Also, What is your opinion of the best available CW games right now. Thanks.

Frank Hunter is planning a new strategical-level game of the whole war, to replace his old game that dates from 1996. But I think it's not being actively developed yet because he's still working on First World War and Napoleonic games at the moment. Sometime next year, I suppose...
