Status: offline 		From my understanding, it is how long after the mouse has been hovering in one place before those little information boxes pop up. I know it affects the boxes during purchases and I'm pretty sure it affects unit / hex info (when cut on in preferences) when viewing the battlefield.

Appears to be in hundredths of a second.

Status: offline 		Yep, it affects the mouse-over message boxes. I set mine to XXX, which is no delay. When the cursor is over the hex, the 'info box' comes up immediately.
