If you don't get a reply within 24 hours as Erik said they probably did not get it. Thats how good they are at this. I know what I'm talking about The best support I've ever come across...

I've now e-mailed customer service twice regarding misprinted counters with no direct response or information on how to obtain replacement counters. I've just sent my third request tonight along with digital photos of the misprinted counters. Hopefully, this one will get a response.

Everything is set and you should receive a replacement this week. I am sorry for the delay that was my fault. My Clone still is not working as it should.
