Hello All.

I have an issue that needs help from the forum. I have a badly damaged CVL docked in a Sz-1 Port. It will soon become Sz-2 but for the moment, it is Sz-1. The CVL is slowly sinking. I have done all the normal moves, it is docked, has a high-quality Captain, a Naval HQ, and lots of supply.

The question I have is that I just moved in a pair of ARs to help. I formed them into the TF that the CVL is in. Is that the right move? Do they count towareds helping the fight to save the CVL just by being AT the port?

Any thoughts would be great! Thanks, John

I think they will but regrettably, even with two AR's.....a size 1 port is going to make it real hard to save the ship. If the ship is Japanese......yikes.

The best you can do is hope. With the Naval HQ and a size 2 port, you have a chance. I certainly would not move it at this point unless you have a bigger port with naval HQ within a couple hexes.
