I can't seem to get either of my cards to go through without getting an error when hitting the complete this order button. Says to make sure my address is correct, but I'm using the same address I've used on the same card and have never had any problems before. Is Matrix still open for sales during the holidays? Where do I go to get support with the sales?

thanks and merry christmas,

They should be open for business (Digital River) so you are just making a mistake when you write your address. Double check everything. I remember using a "-" in my address and it just did not like it...for example S-16873

It worked eventually when I realized what the program did not like

I don't think it's me. I tried paying with my Paypal account and got the same error. After trying three cards with using every address variation I could think of and my Paypal account, I can't believe it's me. Guess I'll just try later.

Vertical,

I'm not sure why you are experiencing these issues - the store is definitely up all through the holidays and other orders are going through. Can you try clicking on the "customer service" link in the bottom nav bar on the store and e-mailing the issue there, or calling the number in the store, or e-mailing us at support@matrixgames.com and we will forward it to DR for investigation. We'll need information on your order and payment info that we obviously wouldn't want you to post here, so please get that info to DR or us by e-mail or phone and we'll find out what's going on and get it fixed.

Regards,

- Erik

Eric,

It went through tonight using my paypal. Don't know what I did differently. Well, 10th times the charm I guess. :)

Thanks for your response.

Lol let's hope those other 9 attempts didn't go through on your credit card.

Nice thing about a credit card you are protected somewhat. You have thirty days to stop a purchase from going through.

I emailed customer support and they said incomplete orders won't get charged. Yeah, 9 x $60 or so would be a little bit of a surprise on my statement...

I had such problems, sometimes the credit card company may abbrev a word, if theres also any case sensitive thing it can be as simple as a cap or non-cap letter.

then theres the what we call in USA zip code... theres both 5 and 9 numbered ones, your mailing address might differ from the address put in when created account, maybe Lane is in their mailing list Ln I had trouble using one card I had till I moved and changed address, so if your problem is the address you might simply send in an address change even if same address your at, with a variation like
Ln not Lane and use updated address..

Credit card companys are seemingly getting stiffer in requirments like at service station I use to buy Gas they updated to require use zipcode with card when use card at pump...

Strange through so many cards didn't go through... were they all same like "Visa" if so the problem would be with how Visa handles their cards verification, if they were different like Visa, Discover, Mastercard, etc and had a problem I Would suspect DR problem ith perhaps your particular location..
