It actually tasted pretty good.

My wife wasn't pleased. You see, we have 4 cats at home. They know what I've done and leave me alone. They know what I'm capable of.

We have two of them as well. However, one thinks she is a dog and acts like it, while we are still not 100% after 10 years whether the other one is actually an animated, sentient life form. It's more like a furry rock.

Actually the Guard sent me to Argentina a ways back and some of the locals fed us cat stew for lunch. We didn't know what it was. Our interpreter was sitting across from me when someone innocently asked what it was. You should have seen her face when she got the answer. It was hysterical.

Did you ever pass stew through your nose? Not fun.

i can see how stew could disguise the taste of meat. Prolonged soaking in the stew would leach out the urates, and the other stuff in the stew would help change/mask the flavor.

So, did it taste like chicken???

Not really. More like beef actually. It cooked outside over an open fire all morning while we were working, so I suspect any "flavor" from urates (ammonia, I would suspect) cooked off.

Ever smell cooking kidneys? I don't know how anyone could eat them.

Nik. How can you not get along with the cat? Every evil genius needs a cat!

Mine helps me plot my turns all the time. I have had her for 8 years longer than my wife. If someone has to go, I run a union shop and the cat has seniority.

Cats ARE evil geniuses. They're actually the ones behind all the evil plots for world domination, and just let their pet humans think they're in charge...

After all the years of reading British literature, and hearing about all these delicious steak and kidney pies, i tried one when i went to England. Fully expecting it to be delicious, i was, uh, "sadly disappointed" i think would be a polite way to put it.

While dogs are faithful and loyal, few are thought to be genuises let alone evil ones.

These are my henchman:

I work for a city and we have jedi powers.

Dark Jedi powers.

Let's just say the last guy who got on the other end of a video conferencing call with me didn't enjoy the experience.

SPAM is low carb. It may be included in one of their plans.
