The proper shape is (of course) that of a Klein bottle, i.e., a three-dimensional Moebius strip which actually exists in 4 dimensions. This allows for the amazing range of the zero, but it was extremely difficult shape for the Japanese manufacturers pre-1948. Here are some glass ones (merely as an illustration):

LOL Faber.

Nik - your canine does look either:

1. Possessed.

2. Drugged.

3. Repeatedly booted by Nik boot.

I don't understand Nik. As I say women love me. Say it isn't so........

pssst.......Those talking laytex women are programmed to say nice things about you

"you stud!"

"your the only one for me"

Of course for Terminus who's a glutton for punishment, there is the special edition:

"Your credit card is maxed out dear"

"you never take me anywhere!"

"are you on that damn computer again?"

"My mother never liked you"

not guppy, nor hedgehog, nor deer.

A close miss though, as i almost chose a hedgehog... i thought, "Ha! No one will think of that!!" But, i couldn't find a suitably funny/nasty/horrifying picture on short notice...
