Hi. I'd be interested. the PBEM variant of 1922 campaign (cannot remember the scenario number) and I'd like to take the japanese side. Rules and settings I'd like.

--------------------------------------------
Both sub doctrines on, non historical start.

I would also like to set some neutrality rules.
The japanese would be at war only with the americans at first,
the british would join if the commonwealth, french, chinese or dutch are attacked. The british can declare war if they wish when the british battleline arrives at the west coast. The japanese should be notified of that on the same turn ;)
the commonwealth countries would join if they or the british are attacked
the others would join only if they specifically are attacked.
No sailing through the neutral territories, while at war. For example the japanese would have to sail east of PNG to attack australia or through the malacca straits. They cannot sail through dutch east indies without declaring war. Same goes for the other side. No hiding in neutral ports.

On subs. I'd like to have a rule that no subs would be used in enemy port hexes bigger than size 3, size 3 included. The reasoning behind this is that subs would be unable to enter large ports without being detected.
-------------------------------------------------

Tell me if accept and if you'd like those rules.
