HI,

On the player's reference card I saw a note for low crop, brush, flower wich is "negates +1 moving or move marker penalty for target unit"
Is it the same thing as the -1 die roll modifier for target with a move or assault move or currently moving that we see on the DFT Attacking unit's Die Roll modifications ?

thanks for your help

No

If you look on the DFT, you have two somewhat similar entries:

Target is non-vehicle unit marked with Move or Assault Move marker or currently moving (not Low Crawl): +1

Target unit is vehicle marked with Move or Assault Move or currently moving or target is helicopter in Hover mode: -1

The first one is a bonus to the attacker (and thus a penalty for moving non-vehicle target) while the second one is a penalty to the attacker (and thus a bonus for moving vehicle or hovering helicopter target)

So basically, low crop, brush, flower, etc. do negate the +1 penalty for moving non-vehicle target. They don't affect the -1 penalty for moving vehicle or hovering helicopter target, which make sense considering how little effect a bed of flowers should have on a hovering helicopter :-)

They would, however, make it much prettier.

Best,
