My wife says there is a correlation among MEN -- HOBBIES -- INSANITY. She just hasn't figured out what is disease and what is symptom yet.

That usually follows one of my snide remarks about the ultimate tedium of cross-stitching.

There is an old saying that insanity is hereditary...you get it from your kids or in this case your spouse.

Personally I prefer the lines from a song that says:

There ain't no redemption, no redemption
if you're stone cold sane.
Crazy, crazy, crazy
it's just another point of view.

You people need to go look up an old game from Steve Jackson Games called 'Car Wars'. They did a simplification re-vamp and re-issue about five(?) years ago, but the original had some very good rules for building armed and armored combat automobiles.

(Heavy Flaming Oil Jet was my favorite for tailgaters. )

Even older is the arcade game Spy Hunter. Loved to shoot/ram other cars. Even had missles and an oil slick.

When was this? I haven't kept up with SJG for some years. I know at one point the Secret Service seized all their computers (can't remember if they ever even found out why), but I think this is the first I'm hearing of BSA. Especially since Steve Jackson Games produced role-playing and desktop/board games, not computer games.

After checking, you are correct. It was the Secret Service, not the BSA....at least in name.

They ever find out why the Secret Service went after them? I remember that at the time the SS wasn't saying anything. Wouldn't even tell them if they were the target of the investigation or not.
