Can a shaken medic perform a self rally and heal someone during the same rally phase?

No, medic don't self-rally. But a medic could be rallied in one rally phase then heal/rally another unit in the same rally phase. He could even heal himself.

Stanguay is correct.

Furthermore, a medic can attempt to heal a squad that has previously failed a rally attempt. They are unique critters.

My bad guys, forgot a medic couldn't self-rally, apologies.
I was thinking of what Stanguay posted, they can be rallied and heal someone else in same phase!
