Robert,

INterested as always, but seems the Thread has hit some doldrums. Nothing to do but crack open some rum and wait it out. I'm sure we'll catch some wind again soon.

It seems to be slow everywhere. There are four other forums I visit on a regular or semi-regular basis and everyone seems to be on vacation from them too.

That's actually a squirrel-army recruitment poster. Check the rent and you'll see it's FuzzyThings.com, which is a front for the Squirreled Domination Society.

LOL. You've uncovered part of the plot! At a predetermined time my suicide squirrel squads will throw themselves under the cars of world leaders everywhere, causing them to swirve violently and crash into a tree.

Some over zealous recruits have been practicing their operations, hoping to hone their skills. Unfortunately they have not realized that such an operation can only be practiced once.

I believe this is based the erroneous assumption that most humans swerve to avoid squirrels. Alot of us will turn around and make another pass if we miss the first time.

Reminds me of that old redneck joke where Johnny is bemoaning to Bubba about totalling his car. When asked how it happened, poor Johnny says "Chasin a damn squirrel and the bugger ran up a tree."

Well, that would do it too.

The Thread must end. We have to bring peace and prosperity to the galaxy.
At least until Mike Wood cuts v1.8 loose to the masses .......
