ORIGINAL: curtains The game seems to really mess with my system, which is strange because this is a brand new computer and has a very good video card. The video card is set to handle 4 monitors but I turned them all off except one to play this game. Anyway everytime I try to start a quick game, I turn everything to low....I set the player detail to low, I set the shadows to none, and it never makes it past the kickoff. It tells me that Im under 25 frames per second and that I need to change it and etc and then crashes immediately after the kickoff and tells me that I need to press F9 to continue to play. This in turn crashes my entire computer, once I hit this screen there is nothing I can do to get out of it except for turn off my computer. I am considering an attempt to try to play it on my laptop but I don't want to have to pay for it again. Can anyone help with some reasons why this may be happening? The game only supports single monitor systems - I have a dual monitor myself so I know that it won't work properly in dual monitor mode (or more than that). Just turning the monitors off won't do it, you have to change the display setting. I use a nVidia card and here are the things I change: Change from Dual View to Single Display mode. Also change advanced performance settings to only accelerate a single display at a time. Can you post more info on your graphics card? We may be able to help with more specific instructions, but I'm sure these problems would disappear if you could set your system to a true single monitor mode. I flip to that to play M-F with no problems, then back to Dual View when done playing. Regards, - Erik
