At first I tried to just start a new season, but I don't really care for 1280 players at every position in the initial draft. So I thought I would go through and put random players on each team. My league is professional level, but when I try to randomly create a player, they get their main skills in the 30's every time. IS this a known problem, or amI doing something wrong?

I had a similar issue when I went to the player generator. However, it fixed itself when I went into the "edit team" mode and under the roster tab selected the random player function there. In pro mode I got stats that ranged from 60 to 90 in the position's key traits.

I would only suggest making about 5-8 players at a time that way though. Maybe make them by position, 'cause otherwise it seems like it'll take quite a while for a whole team to get made.
