Even in the latest version, Camrahn Bay remains a IJN base attached to IJN Southern Fleet HQ after being captured by the allies. The icon shows as an American Base but the verbiage says it is an IJN base. If you fly airplanes or sail ships into the base, they can then find themselves in the IJN or IJA.
Oddly, all the other bases I captured in Indochina/Burma/Tailand became British controlled bases.

This seems to be bug when playing aginst the AI.

The AI seems to want to reclaim its lost bases

. Similiar thing happens with Bangkok.
