Does anyone know about this game?

Pacific Storm link

The game is already out in Russia, but English version is in the works.
It looks cool, and might be a lot of fun to play. GC

It does look intriguing. The sound quality on their video trailer was pretty poor though. I could barely understand what they were saying!

I'd like to see Matrix distribute this one.

The game seems cool, I wonder how stable it is and what the requirements are

I think Mr Z is crazy! Yes, game has RTS. But it has sim feature to jump into one of the actual battles. You can be one individual pilot, one individual gunner on plane, or one gunner on a ship. GC

I have done all that for four years in a simulation wargame called ww2ol. Other than that the game really looks like empire earth. Sends bad vipes. Just doesnt look that special at all.

Not to forget games like pacific air war 1942 that had scenarios where you could lead the warships and carriers, send planes to attack enemy carriers and then jump to fly them, etc. That was like 10 years ago. How about battlefield 1942? Even thats old nowadays.

Hey Zakhal, please do me a favor. If you speak Russian, check out the Russian side of the Pacific Storm forums. Might be some good or bad feedback on the game in there. Thank you, GC.

PAW1942 was awesome in its day, but its too dated which is why I want Pacific Storm. And WWIIOL/BE is much better then Battlefield1942 which is why I still play 5hrs every Tues & Wed nite.

Well, arcade simulator is actually excellent. Watching how bomb stick from B-17 hits the city is breathtaking. And A-Bomb!!! That one is just awesome.

Strategic RTS part is mediocre. And tactical part is bad; it is the part which breaks the game for me.
