Status: offline 		New install of KP...

At startup, about 10-15 seconds in, when the SSG logo is shown on the factory assembly line, the game kicks back to the desktop with this error information:
"App Name- Korsun.exe
App ver.- 1.0.0.1
Mod Name- libmplayer.dll
Mod Ver- 0.0.0.0.
Offset- 0000463F"

Thx for any help...

Status: offline 		As in my other reply please make sure you run latest graphic card and sound card drivers. Since this above error is related to video codecs please make also sure to have latest Media Player installed.


Attach a DirectX dialog file please.

1. Click on "START"
2. Click "run"
3. Type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. Check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. Click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice
6. Include the text file in your return email to us

Status: offline 		I have the latest video & sound drivers and media player installed. The game will not run. I'm quite disappointed. I spent $40. and was very much looking forward to trying my first pure wargame. I already had submitted the "dxdiag" file through an email.

Also, try to rename the Video files, so the game skips them.
