Historical First Turn - OFF
Dec. 7th Surprise - ON
Animations - ON
Auto Sub Ops - OFF
PDUs - ON
Bases set to Expand @ Start - OFF

House Rules to be discussed.

Come on don't be chicken, I'm not all that good. I just want to play past early Jan. 42.
