Looking for a new game after some months off, happy to play either side.

Quite OK with any alternate strategy, so long as it's pursued with a realistic and reasonable i.e. non-gamey approach.

Should be able to manage about a turn a day.

Some house rules:

No Turn 1 movement exploit - Historical landings or 4-hex movement only.
Port Attack at Pearl with surprise, or Port Attacks anywhere without surprise and with Allied ships able to sortie;

No sub invasions;
CV-Capable aircraft not to be deployed to CVs operationally, transport misions only;
PDU on but can't change from 1E-2E or 2E-4E. Beginning r/d factories can't be changed.

Invasion of USSR doesn't interest me...
Karachi can only be taken when all other Indian bases have fallen;
No Japanese TF within 10 hexes of map edge, except subs.

Think that's about it
