Hey guys, in my first PBEM as the Allies (Feb 42). My top pilots screen "fate" column is blank, no WIA or KIA - just pilots disappearing after a while, I assume they have been killed. For example, had three pilots with 5 kills and now I'm down to two. Any one ever see this? Using 1.81 w/nik mod.

Do those pilots have a lot of missions? Once they hit 100 or so they start to be withdrawn to be instructors.

The pilot will need more than 6 kills to be retained on the top pilot list after he is dead or missing. Croping the top pilot list was a measure taken to free slots for the late game.
