i had forgotten about your count down... i was trying to make sense of the cryptic remark you had made to my prior post ("T-72") about a Soviet tank.

So, what do you want to get on your pizza?

Three cheeses, eh?

How about Vieux Boulogne (reputadly world's stinkiest cheese, banned from public transportation in France), Limburger, and oh... Stinking Bishop!

OK - i was just kidding about the stinky cheeses...

Being unfamiliar with your country, do they have pizza delivery places (or do you have to actually go to a restaurant to get pizza)?

Yes... There are pizza delivery places on the moon these days... Most are Italian style, though; if one wants US-style pie, it's usually going out time...

Limburger doesn't smell too bad. As the hilarious Guiness commercial says, "I smell feet".

EDIT: Grrr....forgot muffin boy's stupid subject lines.

i dunno, maybe its the nose, or maybe its the Limburger...

my first memory was when i was a kid and was at a neighbors house. They had some limburger in the fridge, and i was in the next room when the fridge door was opened - and i almost puked.

Now, my sense of smell is not good (too many allergies). This made a lasting impression on me, though. i haven't tried sniffing Limburger lately, so maybe it has something to do with age (maybe it wouldn't be so bad now). There are things i thought smelled wonderful when i was a kid that nauseate me now as an adult, so my sense of what smells good and bad has definitely changed.

Supposedly it gets very strong when it is older. Who knows? It is pretty tasty if you like the semi-soft cheeses. It reminds me of camembert.

It's wrapped in foil in a ziploc bag. No problems so far.....and yes, this is the first time I've tried it.

The nose is a funny thing. It can quickly "tune out" bad smells until you don't even notice them anymore.

Ahhh....an oldie but goodie:

For thousands of years, men have tried to understand the rules when dealing with women. Finally, this merit/demerit guide will help you to understand just how it works. Remember, in the world of romance, one single rule applies: Make the woman happy. Do something she likes, and you get points. Do something she dislikes and points are subtracted. You don't get any points for doing something she expects. Sorry, that's the way the game is played. Here is a guide to the points system:

SIMPLE DUTIES

You make the bed, but forget to add the decorative pillows.... 0
You throw the bedspread over rumpled sheets...................-1

Okay, it is a sports bar......................................-2
And it's all-you! -can-eat night..............................-3
It's a sports bar, it's all-you-can-eat night, and your face is

A while back, someone posted some stuff about stupid criminals. i thought this one fit in pretty well - asked the bank people how it should be done, and then stabbed himself.

Out here, dairy farming is a big part of the local economy. There is a place not too far away called "The Cheese Factory". Its a boutique type cheese place, been around forever. When I was a kid my parents took us there for the public tour. The tour guide lead us into one room and had just started her spiel about what was done with all the gleaming stainless steel equipment when the smell made me throw up all over the gleaming stainless steel floor.

Anyone ever find the description of this devise? My guess is they attached a high frequency resonator to a smooth piece of metal.
