It seems that stock Art Rgts have 36 guns (CHS now increased it even more to 48 guns). But Niehorster shows TOE of Art Rgt as 2 Bns with 12 guns each.

Did these Art Rgts were enlarged during the war?

Also looking for some kind of list which Art Rgts were in database amalgamated into USA Corps Artillery units and USA Art. Groups. Can anybody help me?

The new CHS release has new OOB and TOE for IJA infantry formations (Divisions, Brigades and Regiments) but other aspects still have not been updated since original CHS (about 18 months back). Original CHS did update most of IJA and IJN vis-a-vis stock, but again the new CHS has only revised the IJA infantry. It is "on the plate" to do more detailed review for Artillery, Engineers, Airborne, Armor and support units, but those items are not modified in the current CHS release.

Ah ... I didn't work on US Arty so Andrew will have to answer ... but Divisional Arty regiments did standardize on 48 guns ... whereas independent arty regiments were mostly 2 Bns (as you suggest).
