I have played europe in flames for 2 days, some shortcomings of units really ruined this good scenario

the Allied airplanes keep attacking my air bases or ships, in suicide way, they die in hundreds every turn, my loss is minimum

the allied ships keep attacking my land unit in port with 1 hex distance, they die also in suicide way,in one port of England, with my single security low proficiency unit defending that port, the whole British fleet evaporated after several turns of attacking(dozens of destroyer,battleships...)

what kind of fun can we have if the PO acts in such a stupid way?

can game designer give AI a "memory"?for example if it takes huge losses in first attack, it will be more cautious in next truns, not doing the same suicide attacks?

also the decreasing AA power is a must, I see hundreds of Russian airplanes attacking 4 Romanian destroyers fleet, the Russian air army evaporates with not a single loss of destroyer.

I abandoned playing in mid of this scenario, to win AI is still too easy with this new engine of TOAW III, now it's 1940 June, I have conquered England,France, Yugoslavia, Greece, Poland with very small losses in computer+1 level

The PO is not capable of fighting such a complicated scenario. I suggest you judge the PO in a more suitable situation, and judge the scenario against a human opponent.

The scenario selection team is currently putting together a list that will identify what scenarios are PBEM-only, PO-only, or both. Should help with these situations.

From what I recall Norm saying once was that TOAW was foremost a land battle simulator.  Air and Naval assets were secondary.  Therefore, such use in scenarios are best left for PBEM with house rules.
