Hi Shaun... My computer crashed while my association was generating new players for the draft, and now when I try to load the association I recieve a message that says "Unexpected Error 3343" and closes out the game. Is my association lost forever?

Nope. The game automatically backs up a copy of the association each season. Delete your [assn file].psa and [assn file].psx files, and then rename the most recent backups to be [assn file].psa and [assn file].psx you should be all set at that point.
