Not sure if this has been reported (I think it has) but just played a game where the Astro's had me in a no hitter going into the 9th and the AI pinch hit for the pitcher.

I ended up winning in the bottom of the 9th on a 2 out single.

Poor form for sure, but there have been plenty of no hit multi pitcher games in real life, some with as many as 4 diffrent pitchers. As long as your seeing complete games, not sure if I'd call it a bug.
