The problem is that I can't get the full player card set-up (the ability-bars) on my PC, though I have got it on my Mac (virtual PC). On the Mac, for example, I get Jim Gilliam's card, with his name at the top, then below that the box with his age, etc., then below that what I'm calling ability bars: a green one for contact, at 67; a yellow one for power, at 24; and so on. But on the PC, all of those bars are solid blue, each one is "shadowed" (another blue bar behind each one), and there are no numbers to indicate ability level. I've checked to see that the Direct X is the same (9.0, c) on both computers. I've also re-installed the game and the recent patch. Thanks for any advice.
