maybe i'm just a dummy, but i can't find the info on how to open up the play development system?

nevermind. i opening the game folder and found the exe file that starts it up.....

Note that PDS 2.0 in Release 3 will open from inside the game rather than from a subprogram menu. It will make it easier to design plays and test them.
