Status: offline 		I bought the digital download a while back and after moving and gettign anew computer am trying to reload the the game I have my serial number and order number but can't find the actual download link on my games account on the Matrix Games site (here)? I see the two patch updates 1.087 and 1.200. Where is the full version updated or the old original dig download version and than I can apply the patch?

Status: offline 		You can retrieve the link at any time within 30 days from the date of purchase (try even if the timeframe has already elapsed). Please go to our E-Store at http://www.matrixgames.com/store.asp  and click on "Store FAQs", there check the "I need help downloading." link.  Or go to www.findmyorder.com   and enter your order number and password. We recommend that you backup software you downloaded to a CD or DVD. By our license agreement you're granted the right to burn one personal backup copy to either CD or DVD or the backup medium of your choice.

Status: offline 		It is gone. I have dozen digital download games and never had aproblem getting  the link resent to me if I had to reinstall the game. I can understand the problem with licensing and stuff but I didn't know there was a 30 day ONLY timeframe to reload the game. This is the type of stuff that turns people off from some organizations, very disappointing.

Status: offline 		Do Martix answer these emails? I want to reload purchased games but the store FAQ reload method is broke.I sent an email days ago with no responce.
