I'm not looking for names, but for psychological profiles. What KIND of person do you think is the "best" suited to play the various nations in EiA?
My thoughts:
France: Must be an aggressive player, if not the most aggressive in your gaming group. This is a great spot to put the obnoxious and arrogant guy in your group, since he'll never be able to woo anyone away from your coalition! 
Austria: This is a great spot for the most amiable, and clever, player in your group. Someone who is a great negotiator with lots of charisma, and who can multi-task and plan ahead. Great flexibility of mind a plus.
Prussia: This requires a special personality---someone who loves the game and is always very upbeat and indefatigable. The kind of player who is always willing to "play it through" rather than quit when things don't go his way. Definitely not for the "brittle" personality who breaks down when the first thing goes wrong. Also a great spot for your "luckiest" die roller!
Russia: Someone who is fairly aggressive but who can also be a team player. Someone who likes to fight but who isn't a megalomaniac. Confidence in their gameplay, without being arrogant.
British: A good place for your most mature player. A good place for the same kind of qualities recommended for the Austrian player. Here caution is preferred to aggressiveness. Also, a player who has experience in naval gaming is a plus, as well as being good at paying attention to details. This is the spot most in need of a competent administrator.
Spain: Here's a fun place to put the Macchiavelli of your gaming group. Someone who is good at leveraging assets. A good spot to put the resident Texas Hold'em poker player. Naval acumen a plus.
Turkey: Every group has a two timing weasel, and here's the nation for him!  Good spot for the craven mercenary in your group with the heart of a pirate. Moral flexibility a big plus, as well as clever use of limited resources.
