I've called the attached zip folder crazyPoles. The files therin are named the same. I just downloaded the 1.2.25 upgrade this morning, so haven't advanced in as many years as others.

The scenario I'm playing is 1792 Prussia. Spain, Sweden, and Turkey have all been set at lower power.

For the Prussian regulars I have no complaints. Six turns ago I received Poland as a protectorate after making France liberate it in a peace treaty.

1. The first thing I found was that none of the Polish militia were garrisoning the cities. They were all in the countryside.

2. I filled the garrisons and tried to delete extra militia...especially the ones in the field armies. I couldn't get rid of them...not good!

3. I was at war with Russia, and had to send the Polish armies chasing after them. To my amazement, some of the militia I had tried to rid myself of, and some that had been in garrison were following the armies around like ducklings behind their mother...This was 6 turns after placing them in garrison. Yes, some of the garrisons had abandoned their posts.

OK, enough on Poland.

I've had numerous c++ assertion failures. Fortunately, selecting "ignore" allowed the game to continue.

France fought on better than usual, combining forces for the defence in the opening year of the war.

Protectorates seem to come to me more logically than in previous versions.

The acid test for me will come when I play TCP/IP with a couple of friends in this country.

Hopefully I will have at least one game that functions in multiplayer.

EDIT: Oh, here's one I forgot. Some of my upgrades aren't sticking after I select them. I've tried "corps system" three times and "column fighting" twice, yet neither shows when I look at the unit training report in the diplomacy screen.

I've advanced now to the end of 1797, and the C++ assertion errors are coming 2 per turn...every turn and have for the past 6 months.  I'm still able to click ignore to get through them...I have to double click it now, though.
