After patching to 1.2.6.2, the ability to give the computer extra strength is not apparent when setting up a new game. Is this as planned?

greetings, i notice it as well, please note that you can too increase strength and financial income for human players on a given game, but with 1.2.26 it had disapeared from setup screen, aside, glad to see it isn�t a problem in my end and is some that can be adressed with relative easy work,

Hmmm I hadn't noticed this but yes, I see it too - the drop-downs for setting Nation power levels is missing from the set-up. I actually do use this at times, too, to strengthen France in particular.

FYI, it is there for multi-player set-up TCP/IP.
