I cannot register the game

My key works for the installation but it does not for the registry and does not work for the update 1.1
what can i do?

Hi, sorry for the late reply. When you say the registry, do you mean the Members' Club? When you install the game from your CD or installer file, what version does it report before you try to update it with v1.1?
