Bill has said that he is having a few difficulties gearing up his production with the changes I've made to resource and oil availability in the Home Islands. What sort of problems are you having Bill?

Myself, I'm having difficulty maintaining supply sufficient to sustain anything but defensive ops in Java, Australia, India, Burma, China, New Zealand, Malaya and the Phillippines. For any attempt at more than sporadic offensive ops, much supply will need to come from Aden and the North Americas. There is not enough supply to even allow replacements or upgrade aircraft without outside supply...exactly how it should be! So far I'mhappy with how the changes impact the Allies anyway.

It is not for a lack of recourses that I am having the problem with. It seems like the factory workers have taken the war off. Supply at all bases for the moment are more than enough needed to fight off the Western Imperialists.

Offensive operations were put on hold in the DEI while waiting on the arrival of additional assets.

Operations in the South Pacific are going ahead as planed.

Ron has been asking me were the KB is hiding. It is not hiding just getting good at not being spotted. Do you really want to find them?

Yes, with a submarine.

As for the heavy industry, I did not fiddle with anything. Perhaps you can explain the problem in more detail so other Japanese gurus can lend a hand.

that is crap. The only way your gonna get rid of them is by giving up that base to the north (San Marcino??), so they will have a retreat path. Getting them to surrender, seems like an impossibility at this point

Haahaa, I know. But I may as well keep Lingayan as long as Clark is mine. The BS Zone of Control rules might again bite me though as those trapped and dying paras at Bataan exert as much ZOC influence as 100 divisions and because they are Japanese, are cut off and have no retreat path, they will last for bloody ever. As someone put it, the land combat is an abortion.

Sorry for the delay in posting numbers.  I took a few screen shots but just have not had the time to post them.  I hope to get them up tonight after work and what ever may be left to do in the kitchen.

Aha, that's why we are not getting many turns in...poor Bill works all day, then puts all evening into renos, then gets a turn out. No rest for the hubbies in the world.

Confident I'm covered at the moment but if your fish head eating minions mean so little to you send them on over. I'm pretty sure the Ghurkas are getting restless and lonely.

Here are the details of the convoy fleeing Manila. It should prove interesting what happens to it...will it be like another PQ-17?

Nothing like good tunes (I'm listening to Etta James' Chess recordings) to write up an AAR to. If anyone likes Etta James, I highly recommend a band called the Detroit Cobras. Had them play at my tavern a few times and they are incredibly rockin' and are massively influenced by Etta James and like artists. A white band, the DCs lead singer is a shoe in for Etta James' powerful voice.

Detroit Cobras
