Once again, I think it fitting and proper to thank Gil, pixelpusher, eric, and the entire western civ/matrix staff for your tireless efforts to answer our pesky questions and keep us all on the edge of our seats for this upcoming release. The game appears to be very very well thought out and incredibly rich in its attention to details. I think the concept is wonderful, and I am so very excited to finally get my hands on this monumental ACW game. I have looked and waited for a long time for a game of this magnitude - this appears that it will meet 100% of my expectations.

Again, congratulations on a job well done, and the very best of luck on a successful release.

What a kiss-ass. Bet he wants some free copies.

Sorry, couldn't resist. Well put and I feel the very same. All the best to you with the release. I am trying to do what I can to get the word out there and I think this title will be ver successful, at least it appears to have the chance to.

Yap. Thank you all guys. You really did a great job here. From answering to programing.
(One free copy will be enough )

No, really, thank you for everything.

Thanks, it's our pleasure.

And we should thank many of you on the forum, since by beginning to discuss the game so early we were able to make changes based on comments we were getting. So, the game is stronger not only because of feedback from the beta-testers, but from discussions and suggestions on this public forum.

QFT. I'll second it, and if that means I get a free copy I'll second it again :)

Great job, Gil, Sarge, Eric, et al. I'm really excited about the upcoming release. Here's hoping that you guys start a dedicated AAR section on the boards. I think you'll need it.

We haven't done a strategic game AAR yet, in terms of one that details the various economic, political and diplomatic decisions made (in addition to the military, of course). That's something I'd like to do, but don't have time until the final build goes off to Matrix.
