Greetings,

With the Holiday season upon us now I was wondering how things are going with the Campaign Series. I really wanted to try and get it for Christmas both for my self and potentially as a present for a friend. If we could get a little update on the expected release date and also the expected cost of the game it would be great.

Thanks,
Duncan

We are shooting for before Christmas.  We should have a good more detail in the next two weeks.

David

Good to see you guys moving on this.. been out of action for a while, but I spent a ton of time with ADZ.. I think I'm the one that hooked him on modding with our first nomonhan projects... The developement of helicoptors before divided ground was even conceptualized was interesting and I'm pleased to see our efforts paying off. You have a great team here, Von K. has a lot to be proud of. Congratulations and my heartfelt thanx to Matrix for rescuing us from Take Two.. That was Hell on earth. What's the ownership status now? And are you  Matrix people still interested in More developers?
Hopefully there are a few people around that still remember Winds of War..

Two weeks before Christmas's weekend and no release day set ?

I have few bucks left for some last minute gits (if I see something really interesting) or for CS...

So it is ready or release date is postponed for fix it properly...

David, I'll be happy if you release when the game is really ready. The only thing that might spoil Christmas worse than not having the game is having the game released with some last minute rush bug that will have to be fixed. Whenever it is available it will be a day one purchase for me

ah, I see!

You are talking about 2007 not 2006 ...

Take your time and keep up the good work

(No! After rethinking: Release now and patch afterwards ;-)

No, do not release now and patch afterwards (think MOO3), Release when it's good and ready, but give a realistic September, 2007 or something.

It does sort of. I'll think June and either be pleasantly surprised or spot on. And if it's not there in June, I'll just spend my money elsewhere :)

We're getting close!! We're still hoping for March.. probably near the end of.

All RSG scenarios will be included.

Keep in mind that, although far beyond passionate for the Campaign Series, we are all doing this on a "free-time" basis. We all have jobs and family that are priorities. We are trying, please be patient.

Take care and good luck

Thanks Jason,

I can still play my RS I don't have RSG so I can wait it out.

What do you mean Free-Time  If you have a family you don't have Free-Time and you have so little self-time it's amazing you would want to do something like this, so keep up the hard (good) work. I will wait. Thanks again.

That's what happens when one is so passionate about something they become obsessed with it. This is my self-time, it helps relax me, if you would believe that!

Thanks for understanding!

Take care and good luck,
Jason Petho
