I'm playing a PBEM as the Axis. Japan is working her way through the DEI but is unable to rebuild conquered resources. I have control of the relevant areas and have the necessary supplies on hand. When I pull up the repair screen there are no possible repair areas noted.

In the following turn a few resources (Luzon and a Chinese province) are recognized, but nothing else. I have saves I can send you.

Thanks,
Tim Carter

I'm not sure if this is it - but there was a similar bug in the original WAW. In any case, there is a workaround if you can't use the repair screen. Click on the territory itself on the main map. There are separate boxes for the troops present and the infrastructure (rail, factory, and resources). Select the box of the infrastructure you want to repair, and then right click on it to repair it one level. Hope this helps!

Thanks. I'll give it a shot.

I had the same thing recently, and using the mouse wheel on the repair screen helped - in case you have one. It seemed like all repair options were "scrolled away" at first and had to be scrolled back to the screen. There was no scroll bar though, but moving the mouse wheel made all options appear instantly.

I find the in-map damage indicators much more user friendly and once I realized it could be used (right click on the damaged infrastructure to repair) have never ever used the repair screen since.  The key issue here is control over your supplies (VITAL!)  Another reason for your inability to repair the area may well be your lack of available supply-think about it for a second......move your supply to the area and repair it manually in the pop-up!  IMHO, this is no bug....

Thanks to both of you. I think you're right, Christian. It's much easier to manage repairs on the map. I didn't know it was possible. I think there still is a glitch with the repair screen, but it's a minor one now that I know a better way to accomplish the same effect.
Regards,
Tim
