You guys should listen to the following segment, Internet Broadcasting by 3:00pm EST, on November 23rd. [link=Http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?Storyid=6524705]Http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?Storyid=6524705 My opinion: Yet again another NFL franchise (like so many other sports' franchises -Cleveland Browns and Baltimore Colts- or programs) is trying to stump on their own successful marketing Results (greatly recognized - Names, Nicknames, Colors, Sports' Communities, The Sports Communities' People <History-very rich one in San Fran-, Players, Fans, Owners, Head Coaches, GMs, Employees and Etc>) for greedy need for more millions. Unlike Green Bay Packers and Miami Dolphins (I am sure others) either gave ownership to The Citizens or Privately Financed their Stadiums. Then again, they have to use land of the cities, which is very valuable these days, thanks to the shortage, of it. I believe sports' owners should set-up contracts (with their franchises’ cities; only way to hold owners to What they promise and build) that Guarantees revenue streams from their franchises (For Life) and Guarantees to handle over their entire franchises (to the cities) when ever they want to move any part of their franchises, outside Their current surrounding areas' residences. Where are The USAn cities that do have their priorities right and still have the funding for stadiums or felicities; no matter which visitors' or USAn citizens' or Cities residences' pockets it comes from. If one can change pockets from which the money from, then can do the same to either get more guaranteed money or direct money for those more important priorities (education, urbanization or ruralization studies and practices and etc).
