Coal is probably quite valuable. Can you afford this.

Actually GF and I are considering buying a house over Christmas. Prices are still down and rates are still good. It would be an ideal time for us to upgrade.

If this is an upgrade, are you in a house or an apartment now?

I own a condo in a historic part of Denver, just a couple blocks from the capital. I think we would try to hang on to the place and rent it out. Although, I think it would sell well. The unit has a garage and parking in this part of town is good as gold.

How far from work?

Also we read the real estate section of the local paper. One or two nasty unit owners can ruin a condo association.

Our condo is walking distance from my GFs job. It's about a half hour drive for me. Our HOA consists of four owners and so far has been pretty good.

We would be looking to buy a detached single family house, we don't have one picked out yet.

Black Friday tithe.

And No, I did not go shopping today. My off duty pistol only hold 7 rounds and I would have expended that just trying to get a parking space.

Where I went the people were well behaved and crowds not too large. No really big box type stores.

HOWEVER, THAT IS SOMETHING I TAKE VERY SERIOUSLY WHEN I WORK NIGHTS. THERE ARE PLACES AT WORK NOT WELL LIGHTED. I DON'T LIKE RUNNING INTO THINGS IN THE DARK.

I WAS HEADING BACK TO MY OFFICE AROUND 1AM ONE NIGHT SEVERAL YEARS AGO. I TURNED THE CORNER AND CAME FACE TO FACE WITH A FOX. I WENT THE OTHER WAY HURRIEDLY. I THINK THE FOX DID THE SAME.
