Time to get some work done tithe.

I'm actually wokring on creating a movie. It's a tutorial on how to use our new software, in which yours truly will star. I'm working on writing in a love scene with Angelina Jolie, but it 's proving a challenge to work into the plot.

When do we get to see it?

We're still working on a marketing blitz. We can't seem to come up with an appropraite theme for the McDs happy meals.

Happy Thanksgiving tithe....

In the spirit of the holliday I wanted to thank all of you for this Thread. Years ago I got into this forum just to talk about a cool game before its released. Then I found this Thread. You guys are funny, witty and very entertaining when it comes to picking on each other and joking around. But somehow, you guys have crossed the line into being not just a bunch of nameless, faceless people sitting each at their own PC in different areas of the world, but instead being a sort of group of buddies, each of whom is different and each of whom brings something special of his own into the mix. While in RL I am a rather private person, who is not easily convinced to bare his soul, I have found that I can come to the Thread with my b!tches and gripes, and always hear a kind word, or a word of advice, or even a joke at my expense (which also helps ). So, in the spirit of giving thanks, I want to thank you all for being who you are, and for being here, and for making this unlikely collection of improbable internet stuff come together to form something good.

Thank you all.....

Disclaimer: There is conclusive scientific evidence that males "in love" experience variously elevated levels of estrogen production. The poster of the above comments found out last night that while he is not completely forgiven for his stupidity, the lady of his dreams is at least willing to give him a chance. It is, therefore, quite likely, that the poster is experiencing unusually high levels of estrogen production which makes everything look warm and fuzzy and predisposes him to the color pink.

Yeah, and I'm still wondering if Robert looks like his avatar.......

Make sure you behave yourself this time then Glad to hear you're on the right track though.

One of the greatest benifits of the Thread is that most of you guys are a tad older and much smarter than I. I appreciate the benifit of your experience.

*Raises hand for older part* Questions the smarter part though.

Indeed, the essence of true wisdom is the realization that you don't know anything.

Indeed....and that's a delicate path, because things which counteract estrogen poisoning's symptoms can hasten the later stages.....such as watching lots of football and drinking lots of beer. Or going out with the guys for an evening.

Estrogen aint so bad. It makes it possible for one to enjoy baking cheesecake with his loved one.

Estrogen is great! ......... in my wife.

If this is an upgrade, are you in a house or an apartment now?

I own a condo in a historic part of Denver, just a couple blocks from the capital. I think we would try to hang on to the place and rent it out. Although, I think it would sell well. The unit has a garage and parking in this part of town is good as gold.

How about "Don't worry (what's in it) be happy"

Or "Hey, it will shut your kid up and it comes with a toy. If you don't have a kid you can sell the toy on Ebay"

Have you learned how to drain stuff?

The engine drains are there to prevent a build up of flammable liquids which could, as I'm sure you can imagine, lead to a serious disaster type of situation. The actual learning was brief, but they managed to stretch it into 32 power point slides

Typical military. In the US we call them Power Point Rangers....

Hi Robert.

Looks like the evil penguin's propaganda is succeeding.

My wife was visiting her sister before Thanksgiving. Her nephews work at a local theater, and get free passes, so the whole family and her (8 people) went to see it without being charged admission...

and it cost $33 for popcorn and drinks (with sharing!)

I haven't played WitP in a couple of weeks.  This really sucks.  My son had a hockey tournament out of town this past weekend so I took my laptop and my turns to catch up between games.  Turns out I hadn't upgraded the game on my laptop.  Doh!  Now I have a choice.  I get home from hockey practice at about 2130-2200 and have to get up for work at 0430.  Do I run a turn tonight and be  tomorrow or hope I have time tomorrow night to run the turn.....
