But what if I don't want the download, How much for just the Physical order,
Or do the physical order has something less than the download ?

Download price is 49.99$. Boxed price will be 59.99$. Boxed+download will be 59.99$ too.

No, the only difference is that the boxed version comes with a CD and Box.

The download price is the base price of the product. When you order a physical version, we charge you the amount it costs us to create that physical "on demand" box and CD and ship it out to you. The base price of the game remains the same.
