Are the Old Time Baseball ballparks pack on the site pictures only, or is there some kind of files for stadium dimensions and stuff ? Ive played around with the ingame stadium editor but have never used a 3rd party stadium pack. Not sure what to do with it.

Yes, these .prk files do include dimensions. As a matter of fact, I also use several of the "painted" .prk files. Those are beautiful renderings.
